Very quick response, was ready to come even earlier than I needed. Very personable, followed up, kept in touch, good communication. Very prompt on day of service, came at the earliest time. He definitely knew what he was doing. The chandelier which he hung from a 14ft vaulted ceiling looks stunning and we are very pleased with the result. We plan on having him back again for another upcoming installation.
