Terrible. Although Bob (owner) was very nice, he or his son made numerous visits back to our home and fixed the immediate problem but it would go out that night or the next day. He was never able to fix the problem of us not being able to see our TV. Within one day of him coming out it would go bad again. We had the local TV company, COX, come out in September of 2020 and they found out the Yamaha receiver (RX-V585) was not functioning and that a cable was not connected to the right hole. The man from Cox even talked to Bob on the phone and told him when they disconnected the Yamaha unit then the TV worked fine. He told Bob the Yamaha unit just did not work. From then on I talked to Bob many times. He would ALWAYS tell me he would be out with another unit from a different company in 2-3 days. Finally in May of 2021 I left a message for Bob to please call me as I was getting tired of not having what I paid for, the surround sound that I paid over 6,000 for. He never answered then and has not answered at least 8 other calls I made to him. I would suggest to everyone to NEVER use his company. I now will have to go out and find someone else to finish what I paid him to do and what he continually said he would do but never did and will have to pay a lot more money to get his mess fixed.
