MISTER CARPET CLEANING

Scott called me right back and we scheduled for the following week, which I requested. He arrived on time and we walked out the rooms to be cleaned. I had heavy stains in one room, so he did that room first and then after he did the other areas, he came back and re-did the first room. The carpet was heavily stained with pet residual to start with. He did a very good job on the carpet, considering the wear and age of it.

I phoned Scott on a Monday and he phoned back that same evening to set up an appointment.  He gave me three dates and times to choose from.  He came out the same week.
He gave me a window of between 2 to 4 pm for showing up.  He arrived promptly and we walked the rooms he'd be cleaning.  He set up the hoses and started working right away.  He finished in about an hour.
The carpet was soiled and had some pretty bad pet stains. The carpet looks so much cleaner and I'm amazed with the end result, it was much better than anticipated.  

Scott arrived promptly on time and ready to work. Cleaned the very dirty carpet and made the tile look brand new!! Fairly priced. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future!!!

It was beyond my expectations. We moved into a previously owned home, so we had him come in to clean the rugs. We were thrilled with the results and with his service. He works with really good equipment. He was in and out very efficiently and quickly. On top of that, he did a really amazing job.

Scott is the best carpet clearner in Phoenix, hands down. He comes when he is supposed to, charges a fair price, is professional, pays attention to detail, does a GREAT job on cleaning the carpet and leaves. He is personable and has a great attitude. I'd highly recommend him!

I have been using him twice a year for the past five years. He is awesome. I would be using him again next week. Overall, it has been very good. His wife teaches at the same school that I teach and that is how I first hooked up with him because all the teachers use him. I have had other companies come out and give me estimates. One company came out and gave me an estimate for $500 for all the steps that I wanted. So, I told them to take a hike. Once I get someone good, I would not quit them. I am thinking of having the grout cleaned as he does that service too.

I called approximately a week before and left a voice mail. My call was returned several hours later. I believe the owner's name was Scott, said he had a cancellation and could get us in the following week. In the past, it had taken several weeks to get scheduled, so this was nice with the Memorial Weekend approaching.

This time, I didn't receive a phone estimate, as Mister Carpet had done my carpet at least two other times. When he arrived, which was within the time window he gave me (between 1-4), and he arrived about twoish; he walked the area and gave me the cost. He advised which stains he wouldn't be able to get out. The carpet is about ten years old and heavily soiled by pet urine.

He was finished quickly maybe an hour to 1.5 hours. He ended up getting most of the stains up which is amazing as it really looked dingy and had been over a year since the last shampoo.

We went to a movie and came back and the family room carpet which was under the ceiling fan was pretty dry, but other areas took until the following morning to dry completely.

We were happy with the outcome and it's nice to have the work completed without having to deal with upselling or hassles, he gives you a quote, does the job and is on his way.

They were very good and the owner is a very nice man. I just don’t use their services anymore since we don’t have carpets anymore but they were the ones who I always used for carpet cleaning. The owner does the cleaning and his wife does all the scheduling. They are really nice people. They are very courteous and they try to schedule you as soon as they can. He did an excellent job. We had several dogs and we had several spots with which we had a terrible time. He couldn’t get all the spots off the carpet but he did a really nice job. I have a pretty big house and we had a lot of carpets. He used to clean the carpets for most part of my house for like $100 and I used to feel guilty. If need be, then I would definitely use his services again and I would recommend him to others too.

I called about a week in advance to get a verbal quote over the phone. Scott was in the field, jotted down my appointment as his receptionist was away temporarily. The night before the appointment his office called to confirm. We had a scheduled time of 4:00 to 6:00, he showed promptly at 4:30 within the window. He walked the rooms to be cleaned and confirmed it would be $90, the same price he verbally quoted me over the phone. He noticed several cherry mahogany stains and told me he wouldn't be able to get those out. The carpet is very light (cream colored) and had never been steam cleaned. In the past I had used Chem Dry, but stains kept resurfacing, so thought I would give this a try. Scott did an exceptional job. I had a lot of pet stains, which are non-existent at this time. He was friendly and gave me some safety tips, avoid slipping and sliding on ceramic tile after clean, etc., also some tips for cleaning my sofa on my own. He worked quickly. I believe he said it would take 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. It was a cooler day and it took until about the next morning to dry in some rooms. Just allow yourself time to stay out of the rooms cleaned, as it may take longer to dry than anticipated.

Mister Carpet Cleaners did a great job and I am very satisfied with the end results. They were on time and were very friendly. They were very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

Scott's wife handles the scheduling and pricing. Calls were made to let us know when he would be arriving within the 2 hour timeframe. Scheduling was done within 1 week. The couple was nice and efficient. All the spots came out but 1, and they were not guaranteed. Nice job overall.
