It was probably my worst experience. I thought the price was too much. Before he even opened the garage to see how the mechanism was working, he quoted me a price. I walked in the garage with him and described what the problem was. The garage door was closed. He didn't even bother to open it up while I was there. I called them out and said "Wow, so you want $300 for 3 minutes worth of work." That's 3-5 minutes worth of work. That's how long it took me to get through the front door in here. He didn't at least touch it. It made me feel like I'm not being sent over here. I asked him if he can at least open up the garage door. He goes "Yeah, I can open that but I've been doing this long enough. I know what the problem is." At that point, I came back and I headed out for some water. I came back to the garage and there was the second guy. I asked him where he came from and who he was. I left him here with the doors open. There was another guy. They ended up charging me to replace those wheels. Within 10 - 15 minutes, they were done. I asked them if I can see the materials that were taken off. He said that he has already thrown them in the box with the stuff that was already used. I told them that I owned this house and two others; I would never call them again. They came out pretty quickly. They came out on the same day or the next day after I called them. It was within the 24 hour period of the call.

OVERALL SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE, BUT IT WAS A BIT PRICEY. THE REPAIR PRODUCT COMES WITH A 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS WHICH SHOULD HELP AVOID EXPENSIVE REPAIR IN THE FUTURE.

THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO COME OUT IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. WE COULD NOT CLOSE OUR GARAGE DOOR FOR THE EVENING WITHOUT THEIR HELP. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED PER REQUEST. HOWEVER, I WAS NOT HAPPY WHEN (12 HOURS) LATER I NEEDED THEM TO CHECK THEIR WORK, BECAUSE THE DOOR WAS NOT OPENING. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME A $55 SERVICE CALL.

GOOD PRICE ON BELT-DRIVE OPENER. THEY RESPONDED THAT DAY, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE WEEKEND. VERY REASONABLE LABOR RATE.
