Purchased in the morning and made appointment for later in the day. He called 2 hrs early and wanted to know if I was ready. That was great. Took a liitle over an hour but not enough to be charged.

(See above also). Mike was easy to work with and helped me with addtional issues such as with my address book and invited further contact if needed. I had reason to phone him a few days later with a printer issue with which he was willing to help. I found him to be willing and congenial to handle my computer issues and gave me an opening to utilize his services further for a reduced cost because of this initial service.

It was absolutely top notch. Mike and I made the appointment, we met by phone, he downloaded a remote software, he did his stuff, identified to me that I had over 2,000 suspicious malware issues!!!! All I could do was laugh. Why me?????? He explained to me that he could continue but it would cost his regular hourly rate of $89, I readily paid for him to continue. I knew my computer was in trouble and I was worried about We met again by phone the second night and continued on cleaning up my computer. In the end, remotely, he showed me how much faster my computer was working, how it had been cleaned up and that I was safe once again. Mike is a great person to depend on to ensure professionalism and thorough service. I was very happy and very pleased and would recommend him over and over again.

Mike was very efficient and went beyond the allotted time to make sure I was happy with what he did. I really like that he was able to work on my computer via remote so I did not have to take my computer into a shop. The whole process took less than an hour.

I'm just not sure that they got the bugs out of my computer. I have problems that I've had before. They were punctual.
