JOHN WAS THE SALESPERSON THAT HELPED US, AND HE REALLY KNEW HIS PRODUCTS. MESA LIGHTING AND FAN'S SALES FLOOR REALLY ISN'T VERY LARGE, AND THEREFORE THEY DON'T HAVE A HUGE INVENTORY AVAILABLE TO SEE AND TOUCH. BUT WHAT THEY DID HAVE WAS WELL SELECTED, AS THEY HAD THEIR MOST POPULAR SELLING ITEMS. TO HELP US CHOOSE OUR FAN AND LIGHTING KITS, JOHN WAS HAPPY TO TAKE THE LIGHTING KITS OFF AND HOLD THEM UP BY DIFFERENT FANS ETC. HE ALSO HELPED US UNDERSTAND WHAT BLADE PITCH WAS AND HOW TO CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE PITCH AND BLADE SIZE FOR OUR NEEDS. WITH HIS EXPERTISE, WE WERE ABLE TO NARROW OUR SELECTIONS QUITE QUICKLY AND MADE A DECISION THAT WE'VE NOT REGRETTED. THE FANS ARE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY AND ARE VERY AESTHETICALLY PLEASING - IT LOOKS LIKE THEY WERE CUSTOM MADE JUST FOR OUR ROOMS! AS A SIDE COMMENT, WE LIVE ABOUT 68 MILES FROM MESA LIGHTING AND FAN AND THERE ARE MANY OTHER FAN RETAILERS CLOSER TO HOME, BUT WE'LL CONTINUE TO GO TO MESA LIGHTING AND FAN!

INSTALLED THE CEILING FANS ON DIFFERENT HEIGHT CEILINGS AND DID A GOOD JOB, ALL ARE BALANCED.

DESIGN HELP ON THE CEILING FAN THAT WOULD BE PERFECT FOR A MASTER BEDROOM, COLORS GALORE, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO MODIFY TO MEET MY NEEDS, INSTALLATION INCLUDED AND THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. I ALSO HAD ALL MY OTHER FANS FIXED OR REPLACED.
