This is the company that my auto insurance co. uses to replace windshields. Glaspro and Maverick Glass merged and are now a solo co. They came to my place of employment to replace the glass and didn't have the correct glass. The next attempt the driver was stuck in traffic/running behind so I had to wait until the following week. Everyone was nice on the phone but I did have to speak w/ several different persons daily to communicate the same info. The topper is that I was w/ patients at work and couldn't check the window when it was finished. I wish I would have because there are scratches on the hood where they must have rested the glass. Claim was covered by my insurance as I pay for window replacement annually. On the receipt it states the window has a lifetime guaranty if you take your car to their shop in the future, if needed.

My insurance agent recommended this company because other clients have said good things about them. I was astounded at the excellent customer service I received during the set up phone call and the actual installation. The young lady who took my call was very efficient and got everything taken care of perfectly. The installers did the replacement in the parking lot where I work, that was a huge advantage to me. The windshield was replaced quickly, and it was clean. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. I believe Marcus was the person I dealt with.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ONCE THEY WERE HERE. THEY HAD TO COME TWICE BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE SUPPLIES. WHEN IT WAS DONE, IT LOOKED GREAT.

I GOT QUOTES FROM ABOUT HALF-A-DOZEN PACES AND MAVERICK WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE. THEY ALSO DID GOOD WORK. THE PERSON WHO ARRANGED FOR THE REMOTE INSTALLATION WAS FRIENDLY, AND THE WORKERS ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THEY REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD IN THE PARKING LOT AT MY WORK, SAVING ME TIME.

THEY NOT ONLY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, THEY WERE ALSO VERY ACCOMMODATING. NOT TO MENTION, I RECEIVED A CHECK FOR $50 FOR USING THEIR SERVICES. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS MARCUS) WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS.
