We are experts in installations, service, repairs of Heating and Cooling systems along with AeroSeal duct sealing. All Mason Mechanical employees are background checked. Our service technicians are paid an hourly wage, not commission for service repairs. This ensures they have no financial benefit from service repairs. Our installers are paid an hourly wage and not piece work or by the job. This ensures they don't rush the installation and miss important details. Mason Mechanical offers a free in home estimate on new heating and cooling equipment. Family owned and operated. "[member name removed], I want to assure you that our technician was not trying to up-sell you. He is paid hourly and has no incentive to sell parts. Our records show he diagnosed a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil. Based on the coil and location of the leak, his recommendation was to replace the coil. He did charge the system to get you cooling and noted he wasn't sure how long it would last. We would be interested in knowing the diagnosis and repair made by the other company. Feel free to call and speak with Mr. Mason, the owner, if you're up to discussing this further. We are concerned about your dissatisfaction as it's our mission to exceed your expectations and we obviously didn't do that. I first used Mason Mechanical in 2012 to have my air ducts sealed. I was impressed by there service so had them come back to perform bi-annual service of AC unit. The service techs are very professional and do a great job.
I pay $40 a month for service which includes extras.
