MY FAVORITE PART OF THIS BUSINESS IS THEIR VIP PROGRAM (AVAILABLE TO EVERYBODY) IN WHICH YOU REGISTER YOUR CLEANING PREFERENCES (STARCH, HANGERS, REPAIR PERMISSIONS, ETC) AND ARE GIVEN YOUR OWN TAGGED LAUNDRY BAG. THIS IS GREAT WHEN YOU'RE IN A HURRY, BECAUSE YOU CAN SIMPLY DROP THE BAG ON THE COUNTER AND COME BACK FOR YOUR COMPLETED ORDER THE FOLLOWING DAY. I DO WISH THEY CLEANED ON-SITE AND HAD ONE-HOUR SERVICE AVAILABLE. TAILORING SERVICES WOULD ALSO BE NICE, BUT FOR AN INEXPENSIVE AND CONVENIENT DRY CLEANER, THEY DO A GOOD JOB.
