Plumbing
The first time he came out everything went smoothly and I paid him at that time. The second time he came out he was supposed to replace the valve but he didn't have the right valve on him and said that he would go to the hardware store and return at 5 pm but he requested payment before he left. He did not return. I have called him everyday within 3 weeks and he has not returned my phone call and has not replaced my valve.
