M&M Electronics/TV Repair

1st, the tech , that came over didn't speak a lick of english, his and my only communication was to google english and spanish translation via cell phones. 2nd, he took apart my tv and soldered already existing components. After completing that, he reinstalled the youtube app, for which I could have done THAT myself!!!!! I paid $250 for their services. Right after he had left, I soon realized my AV connection was not working. I NOW can not watch dvds!!! Prior to having the youtube app problem not working, all I could watch WAS dvds, so, absolutely he, this tech was responsible for AV connection malfunctioning, due to he taking apart my tv and soldering already existing components. I would NOT recommend this small establishment

They're just extremely good! We are pleased with them, the man is polite, works fast and does a great job and he seems like he's able to do anything.

The service was very good

Had a time period that I would be home 7:30am to 11am, worker said he would be there during that time but they did show up from a follow up text message that they would be here by 2pm. Overall A+ but time management with appointments is probably pretty rough with doing in home repair.

It now works like a brand new TV.

Miguel diagnosed the problem over the phone after I had given him the TV model information & description of the problem. He assured me it was the lamp in need of replacement. Part was ordered and he arrived 3 days later lamp in hand. As he worked he was also teaching an assistant. He answered all of my questions and explained how to do adjustments to the TV using the Mitsubishi remote. He also reconfigured the controls in the back of the TV which gave me a much better quality picture on the TV . Great experience.

They were supposed to come back Friday and never showed up. They rescheduled twice and have yet to show up. I want my old appliance back if they are not going to come out. I feel like they are taking advantage of me.

Called at 9 AM.  Miguel arrived at 2 with a trainee and went right to work. They removed back of unit and quickly trouble shot the issue. They had them and had the TV functional within an hour. Would call them again. Were careful and quick.

Great. Rico is very professional, he arrived on-time, was courteous and quick. I will use him in the future if I have a need.

Excellent service, and Ricco was able to come the same day I contacted M&M.  I explained the issue and asked if he could give me a sense as to whether the problem could be fixed or if the TV was un-repairable.  He asked for the Model number, had me describe the details of the situation and confirmed that it could be repaired.  We then scheduled time - same day! - and he came to our home to do the repairs.  Ricco diagnosed the problem and was able to explain our options.  The TV works again and we are very satisfied.
This was in contrast with another repair operation I checked out.  They were not available for at least 4 days and would not even discuss whether they thought the problem was fixable so I would have to pay a $59 service fee to find out.

Every step of the way, the service and communication was above and beyond! Was scheduled for 11:30am In-home appointment. Ricco was respectful of my time and called ahead to advise my his current service call was taking a bit longer and he expected to arrive at 12:00 instead- 12:00pm came and Ricco was there just as promised! Points again for professional service & communication! After removing the back cover from my set and doing a few "on the spot" inspections and diagnostics, he quickly determined that the Video Circuit Boardhad failed and he would need to order parts directly from SONY and needed replace & repaired my unit at his shop. Not only did he give me a very fair repair estimate for parts & labor of $200.00, but also included a "loaner" Flat screen at no extra charge!  All repairs were completed in just 7 days!, Now am I not only impressed with service, cost and repair time, but I will use this company again if needed and tell all my friends and neighbors! Call Ricco at M&M Electronics! FYI - not only does he repair T.V.'s, but also repairs Washers, Dryers & Refrigerators... You have to give this guy a call. He is absolutely the very BEST! 

We were really happy they could fix our microwave because it's a larger one that they don't make anymore. They were very courteous and very good at what they did. I would recommend them to anyone because they do good work and they're on time.

Ricco answered the phone the first time I contacted him.  (Was nice to be able to reach a "live person" & not have to leave a message on a machine.)  He was very professional and arrived on time on each occasion to our home.  He explained all our options for all our repairs and allowed us to make an informed decision on how to proceed.  We are very happy with the work he has performed.  Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
