Normally service was acceptable until the last instance on January 8th, 2014. I arrived home to find both the front and back doors left UNLOCKED. The floors weren't scrubbed, garbages weren't emptied, rugs weren't vacuumed, microwave wasn't wiped down, countertops weren't cleaned (you could feel the film that was still left on them), just to name a few issues. The worst part was that I was expecting out of town guests the next day and had to re-clean the entire house until the early hours of the morning to make up for what wasn't done.
I had previously always communicated with DeAnna via text. So I texted her and didn't hear back for DAYS! She didn't offer to rectify the issues, just said that she and quot;personally did nearly 1/2 of those things (cleaning tasks) herself.and quot; This only made it worse if that is the quality of work this company thinks is acceptable. I asked for a full refund, which I was entitled to, but received NOTHING. I asked for my key back which DeAnna said she would mail back to me...and received NOTHING.
When I hired DeAnna Storing's company, I asked if they were insured and bonded. She indicated that they were in the process and would provide that information asap. Again...I received NOTHING...and months went by.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. DeAnna Storing'g company does not provide quality service and put the customer first.

They arrived on time, were very professional, and even though it took twice as much time to do their work, they did not complain or ask for more money. Everything was spotless and they did a very thorough job.

pleasant ladies - punctual - did great job on wood floors. Clean and Shining. Baths and kitchen w/ appliances clean and sparkling.

Debbie, was very polite when, I called to request an estimate.
She, and her daughter, were right on time for our free estimate.
