Lowe's

No problems whatsoever.  There was minimal fuss and house was kept clean during the process.

I moved into an older home in the area near this store--- I purchased a refrigerator , washer , dryer , paint, shelving and a variety of other items and returned some items that were defective or that I had purchased incorrectly. Everyone in the store was great. Jarrod helped me purchase the appliances and when i went back to the store a few weeks later, remembered me and assisted me in the shelving area. I don't know the name of the woman in the paint department, but she also went out of her way to assist me. the cashiers and customer service people have all been pleasant and helpfull on every visit

I prefer Lowe's over other big box stores even though it's a little farther away. I always shop there and it's always been convenient and they've always had everything I've ever looked for there. I like their brands better.

They have very good customer service. Jared, the gentleman who works at the blinds and shades department, is very accommodating and very efficient.

After the second return, the manager gave us a credit which I thought was very nice because he didn't have to do that. Because of what the manager did we will continue to be customers of Lowe's. We were very happy with the service he provided.

For granite countertops Lowe's works with another company. I am not satisfied with the appearance of the seams. My expectations might be way out of line but I'm just not happy.

WE PURCHASED THE WATER SOFTENER THROUGH LOWE'S AND THEN THEY CONTRACTED OUT TO HIRE A COMPANY TO COME OUT TO INSTALL IT. ON THE PAPERWORK THAT LOWE'S FAXED, IT STATED THAT WE HAD POSSESSION OF THE UNIT SO WHEN THE COMPANY CAME OUT TO INSTALL IT, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO INSTALL. IT THEN TOOK 2 MORE WEEKS FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO COME OUT TO INSTALL OUR WATER SOFTENER. THEY DID CREDIT US BACK THE $150.00 INSTALLATION FEE. HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO MAIL US A CHECK; WE HAD TO GO INTO THEIR STORE ACROSS TOWN TO PICK UP THE REFUND. MY HUSBAND HAD TO TAKE AN ADDITIONAL DAY OFF WORK TO ACCOMMODATE IT.

THIS EXPERIENCE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED AS STATED, HOWEVER, THREE OF THE FOUR BAGS OF SCREWS AND A FEW OTHER PIECES WERE NOT INCLUDED. CALLS BACK AND FORTH WERE FRUSTRATING AS THEY TRIED TO LOCATE OUR MATERIALS. WE ENDED UP DRIVING 150 MILES BACK INTO TOWN TO PICK THEM UP BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DELIVER THEM IN THE TIME FRAME THAT WE NEEDED THEM IN.
