Quick, efficient professional diagnosis , exposing problem and replacement segment problem.

This is the worse plumbing service at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promises and lied every time. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made the wrong diagnosis and could not fix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying advice to the wise. Stay away and find a professional plumber that will respect your time.

My husband hired this company through our home warranty to fix a leaking faucet. The tech came to the house, and immediately asked for money, and then left our house to run to the hardware store. During this time apparently, he called his company and found some bogus reason not to help us through our home warranty. We told him if the home warranty did not want to cover it we were fine covering the cost, but it needed to be done. This dirtbag said he would come back and try to help but did not. We attempted to call the company multiple with no answer and no response. Under no circumstances should you hire this company. They are extremely unethical, unresponsive, and unprofessional.

Sterling came out to help me with my garbage disposal that was not working and backed up. Not only he was quick and efficient, but he was completely honest beforehand about the options and what my choices would be for fixing/replacing the unit. He gave me prices and was detailed with his explanations without being sales. I really felt like he was looking out for my best interest, which is not common with some contractors. I was not in the house during the time of the appointment, he kept me completely updated over the phone and with pictures. I would 100% hire him again - highly recommend.

Kyle had a long and messy day but still made it for my repair. He even had to go get a special part to complete the job. It was late in the evening but he still came back and fixed water line issue. He communicated with me on his challenges early in the day, and throughout his day, but still promised he would be there, however late it was.

J and L was sent by my home warranty. It was the worst ever!!!! The first thing they did as soon as they came to my house they asked for the money!!! Which was horrible start!! But I was okay. Because I wanted to get my issue fixed. I had a leak from the ceiling at the time and I do not know the source. Yet the guy never touched anything and said that he is going to refer another company to dry out the walls and the ceiling as it might be a mold, and he cannot do anything before its fully dry!! And I listened to him and filled a home insurance claim and did what he said, a week later he came back again supposedly to fix the pipes but guess what!! He does not want to touch anything!!! Because now it is leaking still and not fully dry!!! You know why?? Because you never fixed anything on the first place, and he did not want to fix anything. Awful company ever!!! I had to request to reassign my claim to a different company who is willing to work!!!

Customer service was great. I've worked with Gary and one the owners put in my water heater and noticed I didn't need one of the parts that they originally thought I needed so they gave me a refund. They were easy to work with, honest, up front, and explained everything. There were no issues whatsoever. I would use them even if I didn't have a home warranty!

This guys came and installed my water heater very fast! (Same day/Next day!) They had by far the best prices and their service was impeccable. The technician was very professional as well! They put in the very best rated water heater as well as new hookups! Very Impressed. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their water heater replaced!
