This went great. Clarence and Glenn checked my system out, got it up and running, and established monitoring services. There were no surprise charges. They were friendly, professional, and unobtrusive. They did their job with the least possible disruption to our family. They gave me a brief tour of features and offered to send me a manual for my system, once they realized the previous owner hadn't left one. This experience couldn't have gone better.
