All went very well. They always responded quickly to my many questions before we started the project and every thing turned out great. The final price charged was exactly as per contract signed. Many of our neighbors and, most importantly, my skeptical wife, have commented on how good it looks. We just has a "100 year rain" and the turf never had any water on it. No need to pay extra to the guys who advertise exceptional drainage. There are cheaper versions out there but they had the best price I could find for the 10 year warranty turf. The only down side is that it is quite a bit of work to rake and blow the olive leaves off the turf. It is not zero maintenance but they do tell you that on their website.
