In 1993 Steve obtained a Residential General Contractors license as a sole proprietor and became incorporated under LCi Builders, LLC in 1999 (license #B-141063). Lenzmeier Construction also possesses a Light Commercial General Contractors license. Lenzmeier Construction is a unique builder. This role can only be accomplished by a team of seasoned professionals that deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service at the highest level with unmatched innovation. Each and every project is supervised by Steve Lenzmeier in order to ensure quality. Our office staff is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable of the field work requirements.
