I used Berge Ford for service many times over the years. The last 2 times I went there I noticed a real decline in the quality of service. It was difficult to get the service manager on the phone. They also mentioned on AC problem and told me that I could just wait in bring it back in a few months if I'd like and gave me a price of ~$650. When I brought it back they told it was the same issue as before, and there we a note in the system on it but told me it would cost $1300. I also had taken my vehicle back twice for a coolant leak. The first time they charged me for a new thermostat, which is fine it that was the problem. It was still loosing coolant. I took it back and they said it passed their leak test, no leak, it is still loosing coolant. I have to add coolant every couple of weeks and it should be able to go a long time without needing any added. I'll be taking it somewhere else to get it checked and fixed.

It's under extended warranty. It doesn't cost me anything to get my oil changed. I think they're slow.

I've been going there for at least 5 years. I bought a car there and they give you points so I use those points for their services. So it really doesn't cost me anything when I have oil changes and stuff. They're very competitive. They have good customer service and I just get good results with them. They do what they say they're gonna do and they aren't extremely expensive. They're good people.i didn't have any issues since the service.

basic work, oil change. pretty quick to get me in. tech covered the seat before he got in. approx 30 min for the whole thing. Good overall.

I called on Wednesday 5/8/2013 and the phone rang and rang but no one answered and it did not go to a recording. I finally had to hang up. I called back on Thursday 5/9/2013 and again the phone rang and rang but someone finally answered. Notice I said and quot;someoneand quot;, as I had to ask his name becasue he talked so fast I didn't hear his name. It would be appropriate if the person who answered would say in a slow voice, and quot;Hello, Berg Ford Service, David speaking, how may I help you?and quot; I told David of my service needs on wanting to get a brake job on my Maxima. His response was that they don't carry parts for this make as they only stock parts for Ford products. The tone of his voice indicated that Berg Ford didn't want to service non Ford cars. I asked if he would check and provide a quote. David said he wouold have to make some calls and would get back to me in about half an hour, and then changed it to one hour. I told David that is fine.
David never called back.
I would suggest that Berg Ford manangement issue a statement on their advertisemnets that they only service Ford products, if in fact that is part of their business model. I was very dissapointed in my recent experience at Berg Ford.,

They are a Ford dealership. I go there about every month and a half. Their prices are actually always cheaper than what they tell me. When I go in I end up paying less than what I would expect. It's more worthwhile to go to the dealership than to somebody we don't know.

Excellent. On time. Looked like new when they were done.

Their price was as expected. I called them at 8.30 that morning and they accommodated my schedule I had under the appointment. I got in there by 12'o clock and I was out probably by 3.30 afternoons. My overall experience was excellent. There price for a routine maintenance are very competitive. I don't have a clue about anybody else who charge for the door handle. For routine maintenance I go for the changes and these guys are very competitive with the prices.

I've been a service customer for over three years and am very pleased with the service. If you work with the same service advisor it's a lot easier. He get's to know you and your car. I continue to get my service here because its friendly, competent. They have a decent snack bar if you are waiting and need to eat lunch or a snack.. This last trip was a freebie but I've had service projects that have been several hundred dollars each.

The work took a few days longer than expected. The workers were friendly and professional. They did good work. I didn't have to pay anything for this work since it was covered under insurance from the person who hit my car. I would use them again and would also recommend them.

Overall, it took them a while to get to the car to do the repair. I had to call to get an update on the car. Once I talked to her, she was very friendly and apologetic.

The cost was covered by other owner's insurance. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. I have recommended to others. I am quite pleased with their sales and service departments. I never feel like they try to push me to buy anything.
