Shane is such a great stucco contractor. He is really a stucco master. This is the second time I have hired their services. He did a great job the first time and also the second time. He is always very responsive in terms of communication and then coming as quickly as possible and then doing a very complete and outstanding job. He is very experienced and does quality work. We decided to use Lafortune stucco when having our 70’s ranch style home stuccoed. Shane was extremely helpful. He did a professional job from start to finish. Bad stucco was removed (my sloppy patchwork) and the stucco was repaired so well that it was impossible to tell where the patches were after I painted the walls. I would definitely hire LaFortune Stucco again if needed, but it looks like I may never have to! Very reasonable price.

I had my roof inspected and was told the stucco on the chimney was damaged and would result in leaks. I didn’t know who to call so checked Angie’s List. Fortunately LaFortune Stucco immediately responded to my call, had someone check the work required, and then promptly scheduled the repair. They were pleasant and professional and made the whole process easy despite my having a very tall chimney that made it a less than easy fix.

Shane and his crew did an excellent job. The crumbling material was removed and new stucco applied over 3 days. Stucco required 30 days to cure before painting. The painting included 4 coats of white elastomeric paint and the a color coat to match the house. In addition, some loose stucco not on the parapets was removed; redone and repainted. The painting was accomplished in about a day and a half. After painting, the crew chief asked me to check for any needed touchup and was very responsive in taking care of those spots that needed touchup.

Shane (owner) was fantastic. Extremely responsive and communicative from initial quote through progress and scheduling. Crew was very punctual/diligent. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and quality was high. Couple of missteps that caused some damage of AC unit, but owner handled better than I've seen any contractor with immediate communication (including pictures and follow through) and reimbursement without question. Mistakes happen, but it's all in how you handle them and Shane was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend and would use again.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the work provided by Shane and his company. I was kept informed of where my project stood in scheduling from start to finish. Mine was not a large project by any means however it was important to me and I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by all members working on my job.
