Erica Booher was working at the E. Thomas store when we met her.  She is an Interior Designer for La-z-boy.  She is now at the Power Road store.  Andrew Stephen was our salesman.  He is still at the E. Thomas Road Store.

Erica worked hard to make sure that things fit into my taste, and also had 'that designer look'.  I even asked for her input on carpeting and paint, to make sure everything went together, and she gave her advice there too - going above and beyond.  She and Andrew came out a measured all the rooms, and came up with some great ideas for the house.  This was a new home purchase, and we had no furniture for this home, so everything came from La-z-boy.  They helped make sure that our home was comfortable, functional, and has a designer look and feel that I could not have done on my own.  Then, they came out after the sale, and helped provide the artwork and accessories to provide 'the jewelry on that perfect outfit'.  Their service was exceptional.

Since La-z-boy couches are custom made after the order, it does take a while to get the final delivery.  Ours took 7 weeks.  I'm thinking that the quality and final product is worth the wait.

THIS WAS WARRANTY WORK. THEY CAME, PICKED-UP THE CHAIR, PERFORMED THE WORK AT THEIR WAREHOUSE, & RETURNED IT TO US. THEY DID A GREAT JOB & I WOULD PURCHASE A CHAIR FROM THEM AGAIN BASED ON THIS WARRANTY WORK PERFORMED.

WE LIKED THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF MAKING SURE WE UNDERSTOOD THE PROCESS AND TIME DELAY OF CUSTOM WORK.

CLAIRE LISTON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH. SHE IS A VERY TALENTED INTERIOR DESIGNER. I AM PLEASED WITH THE END RESULTS.
