I initially contacted L&L on Sept 21st because I needed an estimate for 3 large mirrors for the master bath remodel we were doing. Larry came by on Sept 23rd and measured the job so he could give me a quote. By Sept 29th I had not heard back from him so I called and (left message) to check on my quote for the job. Larry called me back the next day and I gave him my e-mail so he could e-mail the estimate to me. On Oct 1st I finally received an email with his written estimate. The estimate was somewhat vague as to what was included so on Oct 3rd I called him to confirm that he had included the J channel trim on the base of the mirrors and also asked him what his lead time was for installation. He said 5 to 7 days. On Oct 13th I contacted L&L (left message) to let them know the job was ready. The following day Oct 14th I had not heard back from them so I called again. Larry let me know that he needed to come by and do a final measure before the material could be cut for the job. We then set this appointment up for the afternoon of Monday, October 19th. Since I was out of town that day my wife took off work the afternoon of the 19th to let him in the house for the final measure. LARRY DID NOT SHOW UP! No phone call, no nothing. At this point I've had enough of L&L Mirror and Glass and moved on to another installer who advertises on this site. The only other thing I would like to add is that I have all my phone records and the quote from L&L to back up all communication I've had with them... unfortunately.

They are fast. I thought it would take a couple of weeks but it didn't. I called him up, told him about the table which was on a Friday, he said it would be ready on Tuesday and it was. It is just perfect, fits on top of the table perfectly.

I call to get a quote, meaning have someone come out and give me an estimate. The gal on the phone said I needed to talk to another gal about a quote and she was on the phone so she would call me back. (FYI I have never used a company who specializes in glass/ windows) She called me back while later and was abruptly asking me what kind of a shower door I wanted, I told her I do not know and she starts listing off types- which I have no idea about, I told her I'm not familiar with a type of door that I needed and I just wanted someone to come out and look and give me options. As though I was inconveniencing her she told me I needed to talk to the other gal, the original one I spoke to- receptionist (i'm assuming); she was very friendly. So, I got transferred to the receptionist to schedule a consultation, which was set for 11-1 on monday. She told me the guy (James) would call me about half an hour before he arrives. well it is monday, at 2pm. I am not getting my hopes up but it appears they do not want my business. What happened to job #1 being customer service, that seems to be a lost art nowadays.

I had a 2 hour window and John arrived 15 minutes before service window closed, but he fixed the door quickly and I'm thankful to have an easy-opening sliding glass door!

Their service is excellent. They are timely, professionally, and knowledgable in their field.

I contacted L & L to have them fix two minor issues that had developed years after they installed the shower doors. They had two workers at my home the very next morning. The two gentlemen that came to my home where clean, kind and professional. They not only fixed the issues I had called about but they went above and beyond and replaced a sealing strip on the bottom of the door that I hadn't even noticed needed work. The best part was that they did all this work for free saying that they stood behind there work. I wish all company's treated they customers with the service and respect that L & L showed. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks you Larry for your wonderful service.

Great! The mirror looks fantastic.

It went very well both times. The barrel mirrors look great and the shower door fits perfectly.

They were very responsive and were able to obtain the custom pane and install it before the long Thanksgiving weekend.

Not cheap, but we've battled leaks in past trying to use stock door. So far, no leaks and absolutely beautiful and love how high he made the walls so it's almost like a steam shower. I think you get what you pay for in this case.

We were able to find exactly the mirror we wanted after searching 6-7 other shops....and at much less than we expected to pay! Highly recommend this friendly business!

Larry was referred to me by my brother Aldo. Larry came over took some measurements gave me price and delivery time. When the glass came in to his shop, Larry called me to confirm our appointment. His technician who was very professional came at the time promised, removed the old door and frame and old sealant. washed the area with bleach then installed the new one in no time. He left the shower cleaner than it was before he came. The final price was thew same he gave me at the initial visit.

Excellent! Larry is very friendly and helpful. The cuts are perfect and they look marvelous on my new table. I would definite use L & L Glass again.

We had Larry come by for an estimate on the shower enclosure in our master bath and a shower door in the guest bath. All measuring was done plus Larry recommended a very good company to refinish the guest bath tub and repair and refinish the floor of the master bath shower. My husband and I went to Larry's showroom to choose the finish and glass style. The showroom is small but easy to find and he had plenty of samples for us to choose from. Larry also advised us on our choices. When we were ready to order, Larry came by again and remeasured just to be exact. Before we could schedule the installation of the master bath enclosure (we decided not to replace the guest bath doors) we needed the repairs done so it took some time to coordinate the two processes but eventually we got everything done and are very satisfied with the product and the work. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is the slow response of returning phone calls. All in all, I would recommend L & L Mirror & Glass.

Called and got what I thought a very fair firm price, took frame with broken mirror to their shop for repair. Very easy to work with and very capable at their craft. From the many examples in their office it is obvious the are experienced at what the do and the example on display indicate they have a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to cutting mirrors and glass. I would highly recommend them.

When we went to the store, the owner suggested a lower cost alternative to our initial request, and the alternative suggested completely meets all of our needs. The work was quality, on time, and at less cost than we had anticipated.

very good. after first call they said it would be a few days, but then found they were able to provide an estimate the same day. after parts arrived, my personal and work scheduling was a challenge, and they understood that. I was not home for repair, and they graciously took payment after.

He did outstanding work. He helped us design them, and came out and installed them. We had to use a special type of brackets on the back of them. He was very knowledgeable and very personable.

We had the door with the broken mirror taken to L&L Glass after speaking with them on the repair. They provided an estimate of $250. if they came out to replace or $125 if the door was brought in to them for repair. They said if the door could be brought in that day, it would take, at the longest 5 days to replace...When we called 4 days later, the work had not been started. Had to make several calls but the work was completed in 6 days and the door was ready for pick-up.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ASSISTED WITH THE DESIGN AND PLACEMENT OF THE MIRROR. THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
