Very responsive and arrived on time. Work is excellent and comes with a warranty. Would recommend. I got 3 bids and chose these people because they understand customer service and responsiveness. Price was in the middle but my time is valuable and these guys call you back and show up.

OK, But some areas that were supposed to get done were not. Had to call them back to do.

The technician is very nice, polite and accommodating.

They charged me around $700 to seal the house off, and $36/month to continue safeguarding against scorpions. I still saw 1 or 2 scorpions a day. I complained and they said there is nothing else they can do.

When he came to the door he asked if I wanted the good or bad news first. When I asked for the good news he informed me that it was there were was actually no bad news. What I had were carver or carpenter bees, not honey bees.  They enter a foam or wood structure by boring a small hole and making a small tunnel. They do not make honey or wax. They are quite docile, the males having no stingers, and the females rarely stinging unless severely provoked. He said that he could throw some "dirt into the holes" but that the bees would cause no real damage and when I have my house painted, the workers should have no trouble in filling in the holes to paint over them. Having had to do much costly home repair recently and having had a very bad experience with a difference pest control company regarding bees last year, I was very pleased. I wished very much to tip the man, but having no cash on me instead gave him a pineapple. I will definitely be calling them should I have any more pest control issues in the future. Had I had real honeybees, depending on the size of the hive and other things, it would have cost around $225 to treat the hive thoroughly. That does not include hive removal inside a building structure where demolition is required.

They are good.

I bought a new house that had been vacant for several months. My realtor recommended Kyco as a company he has used for years, so we tried them. They have been proffessional with good communication. I called about some moths we had and the technician knocked on the door and worked with me to understand and treat the problem. When they come for the monthly treatment, they spend over an hour, longer than other services we have used. So far, no problems. Their price was in the lower half of bids we took.

I've used KY-KO Pest Prevention for the last 7 years. They are real responsive, they always call a couple of days before they come to let me know what time they're going to be here and they are here at that time, and I don't have bugs but if I do find some they will come out for free.

They kept all appointments promptly. Worked efficiently.

We met these folks at our county Home Show. No complaints; price was reasonable. There is a 3 year warranty on the work and deterring pigeons from roosting under the AC stand.
We also checked out their website for additonal info before having them come to do the project. Nice.

The day after we moved in the house we found a scorpion inside. We called them and they came out the next day! Since they've come every month we've not had any problems at all!

They call the day before they come, also, to confirm the appointment and also make sure we'll be home. We really appreciate their service and have confidence in their company!

They are great. I would recommend them to others.

Their price ceiling is not good and they don't have a very good punctuality.

I've been using Kyko Pest for the last 10 years and could not be happier. When we moved in 11 years ago we found scorpions ALL the time, sometimes daily. After Kyko sealed our home and with their monthly service we get about one a year. The service man is very professional and kind, Duncan :)
The even took care of a rodent problem recently.

They come out every 2 months to make sure there are no pests coming back.

Was very happy with my first service - the technician (Brian) was fantastic - very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the pest products and how to use safely in a house with two dogs. Unfortunately, although I signed up for monthly service, after 4 follow up attempts (over ~6 weeks) with the office to verify and confirm follow up monthly service and specific requests to get my pest service scheduled again, I was unsuccessful. I was VERY happy with the technician and wish I could have him come monthly - but it seems that the office processes to track and manage customers doesn't support repeat customers that liked the service. Very disappointing.
