The surprising additional costs were unsettling. They did a pretty good job. Prompt, punctual, cleaned up well.

We had never used a contractor before using KLM Builders. We had heard all the horror stories and were concerned about our experience. Working with Kerry and his team through KLM Builders was awesome and dispelled all the stories we'd ever heard. They were timely on the work, easy to work with throughout the entire process, polite, professional, and extremely thorough.
