Excellent service when it came to installation of the two air units installed for my house. Prompt service and attention to detail.

When I called them, they came and they said they would be back within a week. They estimated $289 for new sets for the shower. There was a second guy that came out after the day of that estimate. We only wanted to change the top but we needed to replace the whole thing. They told me to pay an extra $75 to change the whole thing. After they installed the shower, they installed it wrong, the hot water stopped. They said they would send someone and they told me nothing was wrong it was the speed for the shower. After that, the hot water stopped again and I called again, they said if it wasn't their fault I have to pay them even more. There was no problem with the hot water before they came to the home. They come out to fix it but they lied about it being fixed.

Brenden came out with in two hours of my calling gave me an estimate and did the job the same day he was very professional and courteous. Will recommend and us THEM again.

Called and spoke with Terry. Had Brendan here at my house within an hour. Installed kitchen faucet within 1-1/2 hours, charging $225. George Brazil was here on Saturday and wanted $466 to install the same faucet. Brendan was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
I will use their services in thefuture and would highly recommend them.

Terry was very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. He arrived on time, gave a detailed explanation of the repairs, and all the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Terry went out of his way to help us before, during, and after the repairs. They were very good. I did not pay anything because it was under warranty. They are honest. When they have an opportunity to up sell me on a new air conditioning unit, they didn't. They told me that the one I had was fine and that was just being overly concerned. They were very fast and responsive on emergency situations.

Lane was so nice; he is Terry's brother. It was a quick job; about five minutes. He came out and was very wonderful. He came right on time. Then we went over the problem. I had accidentally flushed cleaning wipes down the toilette. He was really quick and knew what to do. He had it done in just a few minutes. Price was reasonable. He is pleasant and friendly.

They were wonderful. I will use them again in a heartbeat. I had a leak that I was not sure whether in the wall or the hot water heater. They sent someone right away. Lane was very professional, personable and helpful. He helped me removed all the stuff from my storage room to access the hot water heater. He eliminated the hot water heater connection to make sure there wasn't a leak in the wall. Gave me an estimate after determining it was the hot water heater. He answered my questions and explained things to me. He always double checked to make sure everything worked and there was no water leaking into the house. When everything was done, he helped me put things back in my storage room. He was cautious about a guy that had stopped by my patio eyeing all the things sitting out. Would not leave me by myself until the guy left. He took a quick look at my garbage disposal to help me decide if I need to replace it. Thanks, Lane.
