I painted my walls, repaired my ceiling, and replaced the rug, and here comes the water down the wall again. The ceiling bubbled up. I called them, and they said it wasn't the unit they were working on and kept making excuses. They wouldn't do anything about all the damages when I called them.

MY TENANT CAME HOME ON A SUNDAY WITH NO A/C. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. I ALSO HAVE HAD THEM OUT TO MY PERSONAL HOME. THEY FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

EXPERIENCED WORKMAN EXAMINED AC UNIT AND AFTER ATTEMPTING REPAIR, RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT, WHICH AGREED WITH MY EVALUATION. WORKMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT SIZE TO REPLACE WITH AND LATEST SPECIFICATIONS ON AIR CONDITIONERS. TOOK A LITTLE OVER A WEEK TO GET A NEW AC UNIT, BUT IT WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY AND OLD ONE TAKEN AWAY. PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER QUOTES.

COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, SCHEDULING A TECHNICIAN TO COME TO MY HOUSE WITHIN 2 HOURS. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSCIOUS OF KEEPING AREA CLEAN AND FREE OF FIBERGLASS INSULATION. WARNED ME TO MONITOR FIRST FIX IN CASE PROBLEM PERSISTED. AFTER A FEW DAYS, PROBLEM RECURRED. AGAIN TECHNICIAN WAS SCHEDULED FOR SAME DAY, AND ARRIVED ON TIME. TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO BETTER DIAGNOSE AND CORRECT PROBLEM COMPLETELY THIS TIME, WITH NO CHARGE OVER ORIGINAL PRICE.
