John Schroeder Plumbing
About us
John Schroeder Plumbing was created by John Schroeder, a journeyman plumber since 1973, as a resource for the insurance industry. Our strength is in our knowledge of plumbing codes and installation procedures of the past 40+ years. We are a preferred provider of expertise to insurance companies to find the cause and origin of water damage and to determine the best means of repair which includes determination of the most cost-effective and least invasive means of repair. The insurance companies do not hire us, but they do refer us to their policyholders because they know that we can be trusted to properly diagnose the problem and offer a reasonable estimate to correct the issue. We use the most up-to-date equipment available to trace copper pipes beneath the concrete slab and to locate water leaks. We also have video inspection equipment that not only allows us to inspect the sewer lines, but it also allows us to know exactly where they are located and how deep they are. This enables us to know exactly where and IF there are any issues with the sewer and drain system. This also enables us to minimize the intrusion necessary to repair a broken sewer or drain line. The fees vary depending on the type of inspection that we perform and by the procedure necessary to make a proper repair.

"Our end goal is ALWAYS to do thing right and leave "cheerleader customers" in our wake. It is very rewarding when a customer takes the time to leave their feedback, good or bad, so that we can know where we need to improve. Thanks [Member Name Removed]!"
