It was great. Mr McAulay is very skilled, professional and courteous. He was able to identify the problem and promptly fix it. He also took the time to explain the issue to me and showed me how to avoid it recurring.

Mr. McAuley arrived at appointed time AT MY HOME and performed a thorough diagnosis and cleaning of the machine. His work is excellent and includes a one year follow up of service. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. 7

John did a great job!

John was running behind from his last appointment, but called to let me know. He's a very nice man who truly enjoys what he does. He did a great job getting my machine running like it was new. If you need sewing machine repairs, don't hesitate to call John.

John repaired both machines. He cleaned both machines and took the time he needed to make sure they were running correctly. He comes to your home so you do not have to take your machine to a shop. I am thrilled to have both machines working,especially, my old gear driven Singer. He was here for almost 4 hours.

John arrived on time and went right to work fixing my Borletti sewing machine which I have had and used heavily for 40 plus years.  A few years ago I took my machine to a local "repair" shop after making certain that the person could fix a Borletti of that age. He assured me that he could fix it. I spent far more than John charged and had to drag the machine to this shop. It never worked correctly after that. It was actually worse! Could hold a stitch and the bobbin tension was far too loose.

I decided that I wanted to have the machine repaired. I saw John's name and gave him a call, figuring I had nothing to lose since the machine didn't work anyhow.

 John had it up and running in short order. He did not have to replace any parts. The repairs were all adjustments to the existing equipment. I am delighted with the machine and with finding John.  He also includes one year of service from the date of repair.

First of all, he came out on Sunday because of our work schedule; that is practically unheard of these days - most accommodating has to be done by the person needing the help. He was on time and did the repair thoroughly and efficiently.  Very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again but hope I don't have to.

John McAulay came to my elderly grandmother's house and quickly repaired her Viking sewing machine. He was quick and VERY affordable. He provided expert advice keep the sewing machine in great shape. My grandmother was very pleased.
