Description of Work: Had an eye check up for both glasses and contacts. The Dr. Was very polite, had great knowledge and made the exam fun. After the appointment I went and picked out some frames for both regular glasses and sun glasses. The selection of frames I felt were limited but I was able to find some frames. I sat down with the tech and they calculated the cost of the glasses.mit was a bit higher than I thought it should be so I asked if that was the best they could do. Only then did they pull out a notebook with the specials that were being run at that time, when he recalculated the total cost of the two pairs of glasses it came out $ 60+ dollars less than the first quote. The only complaint I have is that they are aware of what is being offered in they way of specials so he should of figured that price from the start. If I had not said anything I would of paid $60+ dollars more for the glasses.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with them. They were wonderful and the doctors there did a thorough examination. Sometimes you go in and they are quiet fast but this doctor really examined my eyes. The technicians were very good. I got glasses and they had a deal 3 for $ 99. I could also buy some clothes when I am there. They were fine and I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used JC Penney for optometry and I visited them last week.

 + -1 moreOVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE, BUT THE WINDOW TREATMENTS WENT ON SALE THE WEEK AFTER I PURCHASED THEM. WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE AMOUNT I PAID VS. THE SALE PRICE, I WAS TOLD I HAD TO RETURN THE TREATMENTS AND REPURCHASE THEM. THEY WOULDN'T JUST CREDIT ME BASED UPON MY RECEIPT, WHICH I THOUGHT WASN'T GOOD BUSINESS. OTHERWISE, TREATMENTS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND SALES CLERKS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
Description of Work: ORDERED WINDOW TREATMENTS FOR THREE WINDOWS.
