JB Water

I had what I feared was a slab leak and called first thing in the morning. Less than two hours later, Zach was there and completed diagnosis. He clearly laid out remediation options for us to make a decision. Although re-routing pipes through my attic was harder than anticipated, the crews were very professional and worked quickly; they even sent out additional teams to keep the work on track. They also left my house much cleaner than I anticipated when they left. I am very happy with the work JB Water has done for me.

It was quick and easy and they didn't even have to have me be there since it was all done in the front of the house. Major safety issue resolved and I couldn't be happier!

Initial estimate from JB Water was a little unclear as to what was covered. Needed to followup with them to understand the details of the estimate.

I had an emergency where my sewage system was backed up. My toilet was overflowing and all of my bathtubs were filling up with sewer water. Called JB Water from a recommendation of a friend and they came out promptly. The service guy who was on call let me know he was at another job and would call as soon as he was finished. He called back and was at my home in no time. He removed my toilet and spent a good amount of time snaking the drain until the problem was resolved. He also replaced the gasket on the toilet, cleaned up all of the mess and put the toilet back together. It was as if nothing had happened. I feel the price was more than reasonable, especially since it was an emergency situation on a Saturday evening!

He did a great job.  Everything went smoothly.  I have no complaints.  I would highly recommend him to others.

This group is service oriented. When they come into your home, their feet are clean and leave your house clean. They are courteous to your family and pests. They only charge you for the time they work. I have been using them for 8 years and they keep getting better.

Great. Dallan came out and installed a water softener and a distiller. We are very happy with the water and the benefits we receive from drinking water that is 100% pure. He was very professional. He was very informative. He offered us any type of purification system that we wanted, but recommend distilled. We took his recommendation and we are glad we did. Thanks Dallan.
