Jason's goal was to review my policies to determine if I still had the best coverage at the best price for me. We extensively evaluated both my auto and home policies and determined that I could possibly drop and/or reduce a couple of coverage areas and thus reduce my overall costs. All of this time spent with me (1 1/2 - 2 hrs) resulted in slightly less money for Jason, but more available cash for me. Jason always has the best interest of his customers in mind and is a wealth of knowledgeable information! Great and quot;go toand quot; guy!

Very disappointed to say that what I had hoped would be a great experience with Jayson Hoffer and his office turned into such a disaster that I had to go to the Corporate Compliance division of Farmers Insurance about the awful problems I had over the last several months there.
I'm now in the process of finding a new agent with the assistance of the District Manager for Farmers, who has been appropriately apologetic about Mr. Hoffer's breakdowns in customer service.
I went to Mr. Hoffer's office for a detailed meeting about inheriting my house from my mother who had passed away recently, and we discussed important changes and upgrades to both my home and auto policies.
He didn't take any notes, saying his laptop was down and he would remember.
Thank goodness I took notes, because subsequently he did not follow through on doing anything he said he would do, and I had to write numerous emails and make a dozen calls to remind him and get him to do what he promised --
for ex. I said I wanted to pay my homeowners, auto and earthquake policies all at once, not in monthly payments, and a week later I started receiving statements for monthly payments.
It took weeks for his office to reply, and I finally got an email from an assistant there. When I responded to that email, I got an auto reply saying that address only functions for OUTGOING emails, and that if I wanted to write to the agency, I had to write to Jayson's's email directly. Of course that was ludicrous because Jayson never replied to emails sent to his address, nor texts, nor calls to his cell phone, etc. etc. :(
I could go on and on about the incredible frustrations I've experienced, but I've wasted so much time already on the phone with the corporate headquarters and then the district manager.
What's particularly disappointing is that Mr. Hoffer never once picked up a phone nor sent an email to apologize for the awful and quot;serviceand quot; from his office and total lack of attention to doing what he said he would when he said he would do it.
Find someone else.

Staff at Jason Hoffer's office has been excellent during email, telephone and in person conversations. I especially appreciated that Jason took the time to get to chat with me when I was at their office. I am left with the impression that Jason and his associates will help me in any way they can.

Excellent coverage on auto, home and life insurance. Always finds the best coverage at the right price for the consumer. I have recommended Jayson Hoffer numerous times to my real estate clients for homeowners insurance coverage and they are always pleased with his service and prices. He is quite knowledgeable and very responsive, always returning calls promptly.

The experience has been very good. He seems to be more knowledgeable than other insurance agents I have spoke with. He is nice and really tries to help. I have been very disappointed with previous insurance agents and overall I have been very pleased with his services.

He came out to our home to go over all insurance options and then we choose which options worked best for us. Everything went fine. Ray

Shopping insurance is always a hassle, but Jayson was attentive to the details and suggested many options that allowed us to inexpensively increase coverage or provide discounts.
