Working with this company was a complete nightmare. They came and looked at the refrigerator and said they would need to order a new part for it. The part did not arrive for about three weeks (although the next service company we used was able to get it in in three days). Then they set up an appointment to install the part, and never showed up and never called to say they weren't coming. Calls to their office that day were never answered. They came the next week to install the part, but the refrigerator still did not work properly. They made an appointment to come and take another look at it and never showed up again, never called to say they weren't coming. I finally convinced my home warranty company to send another repair service and the refrigerator was fixed within a week.
