INITIAL VISIT AND WORK WENT WELL. WHEN FURTHER WORK WAS DESIRED, WE GOT NO WHERE WITH THIS COMPANY. TOOK TIME OFF WORK TO WAIT FOR 2 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND NO ONE CAME OR CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE MISSED APPOINTMENTS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY IN AN URGENT SITUATION. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. THE WORK WAS EXPLAINED WELL AND THEY WERE NOT PUSHY ABOUT DOING ANY MORE THAN WAS NECESSARY. THEY ALSO GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.
