I was very happy with their service, thus is why I have contacted them again to make an additional replacement.

Integrity Auto Glass? website deceptively implies that they will replace their customers? windshield with OEM glass. Despite their website?s OEM claim and my specific written request for OEM replacement windshield glass, they substituted aftermarket windshield glass in our vehicles without informing us beforehand. 
We retained this glass shop over others because of their OEM installation assurances. Under a tab labelled ?O.E.M. Glass?, their website declares ?When you?re replacing your windshield or windows in your car, you?ll want to make sure that the company doing the installation is using OEM glass. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer and this means that the glass we install will be made by the same manufacturer as your original. There are a lot of cheaper ways to replace your windshield but we would never compromise your safety or the safety of those in your vehicle.? 
I then sent an email from Integrity?s website requesting their windshield replacement services with the following message: ?.? I need the windshield replaced w/ similarly tinted (as dark as allowable under AZ law) OEM glass (like the current windshield)?.? During the installation, the installer revealed that the windshields are not OEM, but are instead manufactured by PPG. 
While the installer was finishing up, we called Integrity to complain about the deception and to demand that they reinstall the windshields with OEM glass. Doug, an Integrity Auto Glass manager, refused claiming that aftermarket auto glass is equivalent and therefore synonymous with OEM auto glass. (By the way, the auto glass industry?s Auto Glass Repair and Replacement Magazine does not agree that aftermarket auto glass is necessarily equivalent to OEM auto glass. See http://www.agrrmag.com/digital/2010/NovDec2010.pdf). He offered to try to convince our insurance company to authorize payment for OEM glass. Instead, during the 3-way call with our insurer, Doug double-teamed with the insurer to try to convince us that aftermarket windshields are equivalent to OEM windshields. Later, Doug also refused to consider deleting misleading OEM glass installation claims from Integrity?s website. 
Although we experienced no scheduling or installation problems with Integrity?s aftermarket windshields, we do not know how the installed windshields? safety and specs compare with their OEM counterparts. We do not appreciate this company?s duplicity and lack of ?Integrity?, will never use them again, and cannot recommend them. Just had Integrity Auto Glass install a windshield on my Nissan Murano. Very professional. Work was completed very quickly and the workmanship was fantastic. I can't say enough about this company. Just superb !!!

They were on time. Very friendly. Answered all my questions. You just can't beat this company for replacing your auto's windshield.

Fantastic service. Arrived on time. Went above and beyond. Didn't charge for extra service to bond rubber molding inside of door. NO COMPLAINTS!

Great experience- once our insurance approved everything, Integrity called us and were able to schedule for the following day. The appointment was on time, the glass looks great, and we promptly received a gift card to Safeway. I will use them again.

We chose this company b/c 1) it had excellent ratings on Angie's List and 2) we received a coupon in the mail offering a $50 (?) gift card if you used their services.
First, when I called to arrange the service I spoke to a live customer service rep who was very polite and efficient. She patched us through to the insurance company. We had a $0 co-pay for this service
The service was arranged for within 3 business days of my initial phone call. The technician came to my workplace to do the work. He called me on my cell to confirm the day before the project and called me also when he was 30 mintues from arrival the day of the work.
I met him in the parking lot. Reviewed the work order. 45 minutes later he telephoned me to review the completed work and to sign off on the work completed.
The technician was polite and professional.
We are pleased with the service and quality of the work. We also received a gift card for merchandise at our local grocery store.

Went as it should- on schedule, done right the first time, quality materials. Installer was professional and knowledgable.

Process start to finish went well. Day one: Initial call to Integrity went well, they confernced me in with my insurance agents' authoization company to authorize the replacement, then the 10-2 PM time slot was reserved. Day 2, the installation day, Danny called 10 minutes ahead of time to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly at 11:30. The windshield was replaced in ~ 30 minutes and I was given the usual warnings/instructions about not using a car wash for 48 hours, etc.

Great. This is the second time I have used them. The girl on the phone who took the appointment was polite and conferenced in my insurance company for the claim approval. I have full glass coverage so my insurance covers the windshield replacement 100%. On the appointment day the rep showed up on time and worked quickly. Can't even tell it is not the windshield that came with the car. I asked for the Honda OEM and got exactly what I wanted. Plus I got a gift card for a restaurant.

THEY HAD A REP. AT THE CAR WASH THAT TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY BY CALLING MY INSURANCE CO. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY AND ARRIVED ON TIME SO I COULD CONTINUE WITH MY DAY. THE REPAIR MAN(STEVE) WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.
