I have been impressed and satisfied with work Jim has done. I am from another state and looked at various home inspectors in Mesa, AZ area who were charing $500+. I needed to inspect a 4,000sq ft home. Jim was easy to communicate with, provided me a wonderful price and service. He also called me and we discussed in detail the findings he noted in his report. He is unbiased and quite experienced. His reports were well written (and way better than the ones that those home-inspection-mill companies produce. I would recommend him for sure.
