Tyson Langford, the owner, was prompt, thorough and courteous. His men were polite and efficient. They arrived on time and finished two hours earlier than had been estimated. The quote was only 66% of another quote I had been provided by a well-known company who is also A-listed on Angie's List. I am completely satisfied with their work.

Overall the big problem was scheduling the appointment. I had to call a leave several messages. They said they would come on a Monday and did not show up and I did not receive a phone call. I called on Monday afternoon and still no response. Then the next day I called again in the morning and this time talked to someone who promised to arrive in two hours. He arrived as promised and was very professional in explaining and fixing the problem. It was not a major job but one I could not have handled on my own. He answered all my questions and made suggestions for other minor repairs. The price was in line with what was predicted and was reasonable. I would use this company again. However, the scheduling problem would have been much more of a headache for a person working full time and trying to set up a specific time. As someone semi-retired and working from home, it was less of an issue for me.

Tyson, from Hybrid Electric, was extremely responsive from the initial phone call to the first time he came out for the estimate. He figured out the problem very quickly and came up with an affordable/permanent solution. We scheduled an estimated time for the service within the next couple of days, however Hybrid could not come over at the estimated time. Tyson promptly called and rescheduled the service appointment for a time that was convenient for us before the weekend. Tyson and his crew showed up on time, fixed the issue in a short amount of time, cleaned up and left as scheduled. We are very pleased with the sevice we received from Hybrid Electric and would highly recommend them; we will use them again for any electrical work in the future.

The company is a small local business. The owner was here on every job with an assistant. He went above and beyond my expectations. He had very good attention to details. This company beat his competition by several hundred dollars. They were responsive, punctual, and very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was finished.
