I initially gave them an A but this is the 3rd time I have had to call them back to fix the multiple leaks around my fireplace. This time, the owner Mike told me someone would be out today which never happened. When I called him back he stated that the guy that did the roof was no longer with the company. He said he would have someone out as soon as he could but could not tell me when that might be. Mike didn't seem to really care that my damage gets worse with every storm. In addition, all they did the last two times was patch around the fireplace on roof and then repaint over water stains. Crappy service and even worse roof job. Go with a reputable company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything went well with a slight exception for the weather-caused delay--no fault of HR Roofing. Good communication about delays. Because of 2 different surfaces for roof replacement, the job probably took a bit longer than if only one product was necessary. 10-yr warranty on coating and 10-yr on foam; lifetime on shingles.

The quality of the work was great - cost was $3.00/ft. to replace the material. The end product met our expectations. The reason for a lower grade is simply the abruptness and lack of customer service acumen from Mike, who I communicated with. One example was a text I sent him to confirm that I would be paying him $660 (based on 220 sf, at the $3/foot) he quoted me. His reply was "YOUR MATH IS OFF". Not according to my high school and college education. In fact, he did invoice me for $660 as expected so apparently my math wasn't off. Small businesses don't realize that they can win or lose business based on customer courtesy. Although his crew was clearly qualified and capable, they may never have been hired if I hadn't chosen to ignore Mike's abrupt style during several phone calls and texts. Perhaps some customer service training for the "front line folks" would benefit this organization, as otherwise I would have given them an A.

They were on time and did an excellent job. I have had two leaks since but both where repaired. I just contacted the owner about repairing the minor damage to my living room ceiling so we shall see what the response is.

It went horribly. It was $149 for nothing. They claimed that they'll reposition tiles and they'll patch all the flashing, and deal with other repairs that need to be done that they found around the roof. He came to the wrong house 3 times. I had a couple of tiles that actually had fallen off the roof and they wouldn't take those back and put them on. It was just a negative experience all the way around. The way the deal was presented versus what they really did was inaccurate. The guy that came out got caught in the middle. He was like, I was afraid this was going to happen. When I called about the tile replacement, he was very clear that he was not going to replace any tiles, and I brought in the certificate I had. He says loose tiles that are already on the roof. I said it doesn't say loose tiles. It's tile replacement. They are lousy. Honestly, I have never said that about anybody I've gotten from Angie's List, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. He charged me $149 for work that he never performed. They did respond, but he went to the wrong house 3 times.

The roofing job went as expected and was reasonably priced compared to most (some bids were definitely not). I live in another state, but own a rental in Phoenix. Mike went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision and then to judge the job when it was done. My tenants said the workers were great, and the crew was not intrusive. They did the roof, and then cleaned up the yard. From the pictures and reports from neighbors, it looks great. I would recommend hr roofing solutions to my own parents based on my experience. It's got to be pretty good if you'd recommend them to your parents!

Went great! They showed up on time and did a great job. I am so thankful it was completed before the new rains came in and when they left, they left a clean work site. I have had issues with other workers in the past and was pleasantly surprised that this was pain free :)

Horribly. They foamed over the rotted wood (not craning the HVAC), foamed over my 4 roof vents, shot a nail through my interior wall, damaged my satellite dish, did bad quality work, and basically left the job partially complete. The fascia is hung with sizeable gaps, not sealed or painted (as agreed). They also applied the elastomeric recoat during the heat of the day (not first light) which appears to be why it's cracking and separating.
The contractor, Colton Heesacker admitted he did not inspect the final job, and merely relied on his brother to finish it up properly. I met with him to show him all of my complaints, after filing for a Courtesy ROC Inspection (which would not be public record) to give him a chance to make it right. Now, weeks later, I still do not have a completed scope of work to complete the job. I've been working with Mike Gowen (his employee) to try to get this completed buy they do not seem willing to work on this with me. I'm escalating this to a formal complaint to the ROC today.
The contractor, Colton Heesacker admitted he did not inspect the final job, and merely relied on his brother to finish it up properly. I met with him to show him all of my complaints, after filing for a Courtesy ROC Inspection (which would not be public record) to give him a chance to make it right. Now, weeks later, I still do not have a completed scope of work to complete the job. I've been working with Mike Gowen (his employee) to try to get this completed buy they do not seem willing to work on this with me. I'm escalating this to a formal complaint to the ROC today.

"We requested that this issue be brought to the ROC for mediation as [members name] had agreed to changes to the Scope of Work and pricing. He stated satisfaction with the work until the invoicing arrived. He than complained and has refused options and to allow any workers or contractors to make repairs to any damages. We pride ourselves in the responses we receive from our client and would never abandon a project and have made every effort to correct any and all issues found."

Tommy from HR Roofing came out to look at my roof for an estimate. That evening, I received an estimate from Mike, by e-mail containing photos of the condition of my roof. Mike followed up with me regarding the bid while I received additional bid. He asked me to give them an opportunity to match legitimate bids before deciding.
I was impressed with the professionalism of Tommy, who was a young guy, that might be easily discounted, however, despite his youthfulness, he definitely knew what he was doing.
I had an estimate from another company that I had used before that was very close the HR's bid. I decided to go with HR because I like the service the provided.
After I agreed to the contract, it only too 4 days to get my roof installed, which I was thankful it was done before the monsoon season begins.
The crew worked all day and completed the 1,400 sq. ft. roof with foam and three separate coats of Elastomeric coating.
I received a 10 year warranty on the coating and foam.
