I will never have them do any installations ever again for anything in my house. I have really old cement floors and they said there would not be a problem with covering the cement floors with the carpet. They came out and looked at the floor and said they couldn t nail anything and they would have to glue the carpets down. They were gone a very long time and delayed the whole process because they were not prepared for something that they said they were. They were not professional either.

JOB WELL DONE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EVEN RECOMMENDED A MORE EFFICIENT DISPOSAL. THE BETTER DISPOSAL WAS ONLY $10.00 MORE BUT WE WERE TOLD WOULD LAST MUCH LONGER THAN THE CURRENT MODEL LASTED (2 YEARS).

WE ORDERED A DOOR TO BE DELIVERED IN A WEEK. THE WRONG DOOR WAS DELIVERED WHICH DIDN'T EVEN FIT THE SPACE PROVIDED. IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS AND A NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS TO FIX THE SITUATION. WE HAD A BIG HOLE IN OUR HOME FOR THAT PERIOD OF TIME. I WAS SO ANGRY THAT I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

CAME TO HOUSE AND INSTALLED WEATHER SCREEN DOOR ON FRONT OF HOUSE. WORTH THE MONEY TO HAVE IT DONE QUICKLY, CORRECTLY AND NEATLY. TOOK SOME TIME TO FIND A GOOD TIME TO MEET AT HOUSE AND DO THE JOB....ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AFTER THE ORIGINAL DATE.
