THE HI FI INSTALLERS WERE 30 MINUTES LATE AND DIDN'T CALL TO ALERT US. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND FINISHED THE JOB RELATIVELY QUICKLY. THEY DID AN AVERAGE CLEANUP (DRILLING HOLES IN CEILING AND NOT CLEANING RESIDUE ON FLOOR). THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICING SEEMED VERY REASONABLE.

DON LOVING WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EQUIPMENT WE WERE LOOKING AT. VERY PROMPT ABOUT RETURNING CALLS. WE HAD A QUESTION ABOUT A STEREO PIECE PURCHASED FROM HIM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND HE RETURNED THE CALL PROMPTLY AND PROVIDED US WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO USE IT WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM. ALWAYS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH HI FI.
