Harper's came to investigate a roof leak in our kitchen. They removed the shingles in the most likely area, where the back porch is tied in to the main roof, made a few minor repairs and essentially couldn't find the leak. Waited for a rain and the leak was back. They came back w/o charge, pulled up the rooftop A/C and siliconed the bolts and holes. That was it! 25-30 feet away and not in a direct line. Genius! They arrive when they are scheduled. Wish everyone did.

Harper's was extremely quick returning call for estimate. Estimate was scheduled very quickly. Estimate itself was accurate and Chris was very helpful explaining the situation. Price was fair (and below two other quotes, one of which recommended a full re-roof which was ridiculous for the localized problem I had) so proceeded with repair. Two repairman showed up on time on scheduled day, showed pictures, explained what they did, and cleaned up afterwards. Also has two year warranty on the repair. Highly recommend Harper's!

They were referred to me by a friend. They were punctual and professional. They are a small company. They gave me an estimate and it turned out to be accurate - there were no surprises with the bill. They had a challenging job with our roof, but they did really good work that is guaranteed for a year.
