Hap's Vacuum Center

I never write reviews as one individual problem may be an aberration , not the norm. In this case I'm convinced their complete failure to provide even marginally acceptable custom service is the norm. I would never use this firm again.

We choose them due to the distance because the only other one we could buy another hose from was way up in the Phoenix and we live all the way up in Queen Creek. They had an off brand and they did not actually have the brand that our central vacuum was. We had to go all the way to the Phoenix to get that and a lot of people didn't carry just the hose. The guy there was really very honest because we were just going to get our hose repaired and he said that we couldn't repair it, so he offered a new hose. He was okay. It was an old run down place, but he was a nice man. We were happy and he did what he was supposed to do. The quality was not as nice as compared to our old hose.
