Charles came out measured it and made some great suggestions.  We signed the contract and scheduled the vinyl crew first day and laminate crew the next.  Three showed up at the scheduled time and laid vinyl in both bathrooms.  Not terribly impressed, had to clean up some adhesive from floor and walls after they left and had a leaky toilet that I fixed myself.

The two installers on the laminate crew showed up the next day and I could not be any happier with the work they did in our living room, kitchen, entry, and hallway.. Quality work, very professional, these two really knew what they were doing and got it all done in one long day.  They were recommended by our neighbor and I can recommend them to you.
 

The crew arrived on time (9:15AM) and worked through until the job was complete even though it meant that they stayed until 6 PM. They were polite and pleasant, careful of our furniture and walls.

The team arrived a little early and worked steadily throughout the day. They were skilled and pleasant. Had to return to their warehouse near the end of the day as they didn't have enough quarter round. They completed the job in one long day (9:15 AM - 6 PM). Our job had a few unexpected glitches that they were able to handle with professionalism. If we need any other flooring, I'd definitely check with them first.
