I live out of state. Called Glassbusters for an estimate on two oil rubbed bronze sliding glass doors for my remodeled showers for my future retirement home. I felt the estimate was very reasonable. Glassbusters met with a friend of mine for exact measurements and my doors were installed about two weeks later. I just got back from Arizona and the doors are beautiful. Look very high quality and make my new showers look very high end. Could not be happier with the job Glassbusters did for us. Quality company.....

Called several shower door companies and decided on Glassbusters based on cost and availability. Tech was out for a measurement within 2 business days of initial contact and shower door was installed 6 business days later. Workers were prompt, professional, and the door looks great. Would definitely use this company again.

The price was good. They came very soon after my call, and they did their job very well.

We called Glassbusters and one other company based on reviews to get estimates to replace the glass in our dining room. The two companies were very similar in responsiveness and provided the same price quote over the phone, but we ultimately chose Glassbusters. They answered their phone right away and were able to schedule an in-home consultation within a couple of days.
Dave was the assigned salesman and he was very friendly and professional. Although, he was a late to the appointment because he used an outdated paper map rather than GPS. He answered all of our questions and provided enough information to upsale us on the three window panels instead of only replacing the broken single we had. We also chose to go with the Low E option to cool the dining room, which was the hottest room in the afternoon.
It took about one week for our window order to be complete and to schedule an installation date. Our salesman, Dave, was also our installer, but was again late to the scheduled time. He said his first appointment had ran late, but we would have appreciated a call to let us know of the hour delay. Dave had a very professional and personable attitude and worked quickly. One thing, it seemed that with paying over $800 they would clean the windows at the end of installation. Overall, the service and quality were good.

Estimate, repair work, billing, all went according to plan.  This company performed the work for about 30% less than a quote from an "Angie's list" competitor.

They were professional and courteous.   Not ever having to price this type of work before, I thought they were reasonable.

I love them. I very much like them. I haven't had any trouble since then. They are punctual, reasonably priced, efficient. I really like the way they worked, didn't leave a big mess. It was a good experience on all fronts. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Used Angie's help to choose Glassbusters for our shower door.  We did get 3 quotes and Glassbuster's was the best price for the LARGEST size glass over the other 2 quotes.  Our contractor recommended another glass place, but the sales rep could not meet or beat the price.  He came down to "contractors price" but only on the 70" glass.  He said he did not know how they could sell and install the 75" for the quoted price but they did!


ADDENDUM:  Wanted to use Glassbusters for our buffet/server glass top, but their Mesa location was too far to make it cost effective for us to pick up over a local purchase.  They gave us the best quote price, but with delivery, it would have been higher.   We did call them in case they could deliver free if coming to our neighborhood.

I originally called a different company that was unable to meet my time constraints.  So, GlassBusters was next on my list.  I called late on Friday afternoon, they had the service tech at my house on Monday to measure and then had the glass installed on Friday.  A one week turn-around.  The first place I called said it would take eight days just to get a measurement.  The service tech, Dave, was very friendly and professional.  They did an excellent job.  I felt like they really had my best interests at heart.  I would recommend them and use them again.

We found this company through Angie's List and had them come to give us an estimate which was very detailed. We arranged to have the screens installed while we were away from the house and to have the windows done when we were home. All work done as agreed. Installer very punctual and professional. Very pleased with the results and far cheaper than replacing the entire windows. Would use this company again.

Our 2 geese flew into our bedroom window.  They survived, but the window did not.  The outside pane of the double pane 5x4' window broke - however the whole unit needed replacing. Glassbusters were quick in responding to our request for a quote.  They showed up when they said - called first- and gave us weekend dates for both visits - per our request.  They had the window ready the following weekend and they were quick and efficient in replacing the window.  Cost was below our homeowner's deductible - so all was out of pocket - but they made it all go smoothly- so I'm happy.  I'd recommend them without hesitation.

One of my windows had the outer pane of a double pane window broken.  I called to arrange a time when someone could come out to measure the window and give me an estimate.  Isaac called the next business day and came by that day to do the measurement.  The glass was done and ready to be installed in 3 business days (this took place over Thanksgiving weekend).  Isaac called to set up a time for installation and came by that same day to finish the job.  
Isaac was the main person I dealt with but did talk to a couple of people in the office.  Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional in their dealings with me.  The price was what I had expected to pay before I called them.  I would definitely call them again for any window or glass damage.

I was very impressed with everyone at Glassbusters and will definitely use them again.

Tech arrived in time frame promised.  Because of the location of the window (second floor) it had to be accessed from outside on an extension ladder.  Tech took care not to bump into anything and he was professional and courteous.  The entire job took about 15 minutes. 

Called for an estimate.  Gave approximates on window type and size. Technician came and measured and examined window and revised estimate was lower than first one.  :)Made an appointment for replacement.Technician came and replaced the window.  He laid down a tarp to catch any glass shards.  He was very professional and very congenial.

Our sliding glass door is original to the house so 10+ years old.  We broke one pane on the non-sliding part. I measured the glass and got a quote over the phone and mentioned that I had an Angie's list coupon.
The service tech did both panes on the non-sliding part of the door (if one breaks you need to do both... this was included in teh estimate already).  The sliding part of the door was still in good shape so we didn't need to do anything on that part. 
The service tech did a good job and offered tips about improving the sliding of the door.  Very professional and he even called ahead of time to see if it was okay if he came early (which it was).  But I'm happy for the courtesy call to make sure.  
The new panes look good and blend in well with other half of the door.
The total cost was almost exactly the same as the estimate and our Angie's list coupon was accepted.  No issues. 
We would definitely recommend Glass Busters again if the need arises.
