+ -1 moreThese guys are the best when it comes to electronics purchases, knowledgeable (even the young kid I dealt with) and the prices are better than most. I shopped around and did my homework first but didn't tell them that. They were accurate with the info. I learned while researching.
Description of Work: I purchased two E-machine desktops, Canon printers, and various accessories.

+ -1 moreI purchased an expensive TV antenna to go with a TV I was going to purchase for my son at the holidays. He changed his mind about the TV, so after the holidays I went to return the antenna. I had the receipt and it was new in the box, so I never imagined I would have trouble returning it. Because I had waited 7 days past their time limit for returns, they would not give me a refund or in store credit. In the past, I have spent over $10,000 in their store on computers and stereo equipment, and they gave me a hard time about a $150 refund. I left the store, never to return. I now buy all of my computer and stereo equipment from Circuit City.

+ -1 moreOVERALL, THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEST BUY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS PROMPTLY WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHEN THE COMPUTER WOULD BE REPAIRED. THEY WERE A WEEK LATE IN COMPLETING THE REPAIRS, AND ULTIMATELY, DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. SINCE THE COMPUTER WAS COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO USE BEST BUY. I DID HAVE BETTER LUCK AT THE STORE ON ALMA SCHOOL ROAD. MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Description of Work: BEST BUY REPAIRED MY COMPUTER WHEN I EXPERIENCED A CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE MACHINE. THEY DID THE TROUBLE SHOOTING, AND SENT THE COMPUTER OUT FOR REPAIR.

+ -1 moreWE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE, BUT WHEN WE PICKED THE COMPUTER UP FROM THE STORE, SOMEBODY STOLE OUR MONITOR RIGHT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. WE WERE GETTING SOFTWARE INSTALLED AND THEY LEFT IT WHERE ANYONE COULD WALK OFF WITH IT. BUT THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF THEY HAD GOOD PRICES; THEY WERE VERY SYMPATHETIC.

+ -1 moreTHE GAVE US GOOD SERVICE, HONEST PRICE QUOTE, QUALITY SERVICE WORK AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AFTERWARDS. I ACTUALLY DIDN'T THINK THEY FIX IT UNTIL WE GOT HOME.
Description of Work: A BULB BLEW IN OUR BIG SCREEN TV, THAT MADE EVERYTHING LOOK RED. THEY TOOK IT APART, REPAIRED IT AND TOLD US PRIOR TO DOING WORK WHAT THE COST WOULD BE, AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.
