+ -1 moreWe live in Wisconsin and own a property in Scottsdale AZ. Ordered furniture over the phone/via e-mail. Worked with Chad to coordinate dates we would be in Scottsdale and furniture was ordered and delivered when promised. Originally contacted them in early to mid-December with plans to be in AZ in mid-January - all went just as planned! Very satisfied.
Description of Work: We live in Wisconsin and own a property in Scottsdale AZ. Ordered furniture we able to go look at near our home in WI. When it was delivered by Furniture Plus in AZ is was just as expected - the gentlemen who delivered it were prompt and courteous and set everything up before they left.

+ -1 moreOVERALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE MANUFACTURER (LEGENDS) NEGLECTED TO INCLUDE A COUPLE OF ACCESSORIES, BUT FURNITURE PLUS CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND HAD THE ITEMS SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO ME. ONLY PROBLEM WAS I HAD TO INSTALL THEM MYSELF. (IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE HAD THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT BEEN CHECKED BY FURNITURE PLUS PRIOR TO DELIVERY SO I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO CATCH THE PROBLEMS MYSELF.) ALSO, THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL THE ADJUSTABLE SHELF, WHICH MY FRIEND DID FINALLY FIGURE OUT. THANK GOODNESS I HAD A MECHANICALLY INCLINED PERSON TO DO THIS OR I WOULD HAVE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO DO IT. THAT WAS PRETTY FRUSTRATING---THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED UP FRONT SO I WOULD HAVE KNOWN TO EXPECT THIS ISSUE. HOWEVER, I AM STILL HAPPY OVERALL WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE, THE PRICE OF THE FURNITURE, AND THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A LEGENDS ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, WHICH WAS DELIVERED FOR FREE. THE PRICE WAS $400.00 LESS THAN THE LEAST EXPENSIVE QUOTE FROM OTHER STORES AND THEY OFFERED FREE DELIVERY, SO IT WAS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE FROM AVONDALE TO MESA. SALESPERSON WAS A LITTLE DISTRACTED AND PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A FEW DETAILS ABOUT SETTING UP THE UNIT THAT I DID NOT GET, BUT STILL VERY HELPFUL. WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE ALLOWED TO SET UP THE UNIT (THEY COULD NOT PUT THE ADJUSTABLE BRIDGE UP FOR US AND I HAD NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO THIS), BUT OTHERWISE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND CLEAN.
