To get this out there..... I paid this company to replace pipes in my bathroom for the tub and underneath the sink. Also I was suppose to get a tub installed at the time they replaced the pipes for my tub. Well there is no other way to say this except that they CLOSED down, and started up again as Patriot and refused to acknowledge the credit I had with them. I report them to the BBB but since they were dissolved it didn't matter. I was out of money, out of new pipes, and a new tub.  Horrible service do not use. 

The service this company provided us on servicing the AC unit in my home is poor at best. They come once a year as part of a contact. I do not recommend them for this kind of jobs. They are not very professional. They lack some abilities on the craft.

They were very friendly and they came out quickly. They roto-rootered the pipes just fine, but then they were really hard sell on $500 toilet that they felt I needed. I felt the $187 to roto rooter my toilet was reasonable, but I thought the $500 toilet was not. I could have gotten the same toilet installed from Home Depot for $340 installed.

The drywall is not something they can repair once they've cut. We knew that. Also, because my husband is handy, the technician explained how to do a preventive procedure which would save leaking/flooding in the future which saved us a plumbing expense. He was fairly neat and quick. He removed his shoes as we requested because we have light carpeting throughout the house.

Sent out a worker and he told me that it would be 200 dollars to clean A/C. He said that he oiled the unit and wanted to get a yearly contact.

THEY WERE HIRED TO JUST DO A YEARLY A/C AND HEATING INSPECTION AND TUNE-UP. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HONEST, AND TOLD ME WHAT THINGS COULD USE MAINTENANCE AND WHAT THINGS COULD WAIT. HE DIDN'T PRESSURE ME INTO DOING ANYTHING I DIDN'T WANT. WE DECIDED TO HAVE THE A/C COILS CLEANED, WHICH IN TURN IMPROVED THE EFFICIENCY OF OUR SYSTEM.

SINCE WE HAD NEVER OWNED A HEAT PUMP BEFORE THE SERVICE TECH EXPLAINED WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE UNIT, HOW TO TREAT IT, WHAT IT'S OVERALL CONDITION WAS, AND HOW TO KEEP IT RUNNING WELL. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ALL THE SERVICE TECHS HAVE AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE, ARE LICENSED & BONDED, COME IN UNIFORMS & MARKED TRUCKS, & THE COMPANY IS WELL ESTABLISHED.
