They do a good job when they are here. They are fast and prompt. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They pre-treat every single spot on the floor before they get started. They clean the grout right along the carpeting. The carpet is ready to be walked on right after they are done. I live in an apartment, and the service is provided by the apartment complex. For this reason, they do not really move furniture and stuff, the idea being that I would not have any stains or anything underneath the furniture that I haven?t moved. I don?t know what they do for independent customers. I don?t know if their services would be any different. The carpet is definitely clean when they are done. They are very polite and nice while they are here. I slipped and fell not realizing that they were going to do the tile as well, and they were very concerned. The only negative thing about them is that they are so busy that it is hard to get an appointment with them. I would use them again in the future.
