FLOWERS FOREVER

We did not purchase flowers from Forever Flowers--they were purchased for me.  The flowers themselves were of good quality.. However, the lady delivering the flowers was extremely unprofessional.  My daughters did not answer the door because they did not recognize the woman at the door, and in their words, "she looked shady".. She did not have any kind of uniform and the van she was driving had no markings on it identifying it as being from a florist.  The lady began pounding on the door so forcefully that it shook the wall.  When one of my daughters peered out the window, she yelled, " I see you--I know you are in there!" , scaring her enough that she called me on my cell and I altered my plans in order to get home immediately.  The florist then called to explain they were delivering flowers,but my daughters were still so intimidated by the woman that they refused to open the door.  (  My daughters are 25 and 21, I might add, not young children!)  I called the manager when I got home and she apologized, but also made excuses, saying that they had many older clients who were hard of hearing and that was the explanation for the pounding.  This in no way explains or excuses the threatening behavior the woman exhibited.  If you want your floral delivery to be a pleasant surprise for your friend or family member, this is NOT the place to choose!
