They are local. The florist, Rachel was wonderful. She was phenomenal. It was a last minute order. She put it together really well. She did a beautiful arrangement with unique flowers. She did it very quickly. She drove it over and hand delivered it. She emailed me a photo of the flower arrangement she made. My parents loved her. She was just really nice. She did a great job. She is a small business and really takes pride in her work. I would definitely use her again.
