To add years of life to your new roof we always properly ventilate the attic. Their quote for the replacement was within a reasonable amount as the insurance company had no problems accepting it.
With the quote for the project they also quoted the timeline for the project completion. They started on time, finished on time and there were no hidden costs. A warranty was included.
They were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves each day and stayed on task.
I would suggest that everyone use First Heritage Restoration for their shingle roofing project.
It is now 2013 and when you look at the house the roof still looks brand new.
