We specialize in helping our customers work with their insurance company to expedite roof replacement including replacing many roof coverings like wood shake, asphalt shingle, flat roofs and modified and roll roofs. My roof was in need of replacement from a large storm that came through my area. I call First Heritage to have them give me a quote on the repairs for my insurance. The "owner" came to my house looked at my roof and told me I had to sign a piece of paper to get the "free" quote. The paper turned out to be a binding contract that only his company could do the work. He quoted my insurance over $11,000 dollars to fix my roof and only replaced the shingles and paper no OSB was replaced. When there was a corner that need fixed he wanted to charge me more money when I told him no he responded " well do you have any guns or dirt bikes". Fast forward 1 year and a half later when a small storm blows through and I notice a side of my house, the only corner he "repaired" the wood, the paper and shingles appear to not be nailed down properly. After contacting him in July to come fix the roof under the "warranty" he lies about being too busy and won't make it over for a few weeks. Well 5 months late and still hearing the exact same lies and excuses he comes to my house when nobody is home unannounced and claims the damage to be caused by heavy winds and therefore the warranty doesn't cover the damage. He refuses to fix his mistake after leaving my roof in need of a simple repair for 5 months and then claim heavy winds caused the damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It was a pleasure doing business with First Heritage Restoration.  They helped us navigate the insurance claim process, which in itself can be very daunting.  
Their quote for the replacement was within a reasonable amount as the  insurance company had no problems accepting it.
With the quote for the project they also quoted the timeline for the project completion.  They started on time, finished on time and there were no hidden costs.  A warranty was included.
They were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves each day and stayed on task.
I  would suggest that everyone use First Heritage Restoration for their shingle roofing project.
It is now 2013 and when you look at the house the roof still looks brand new.
