Off ice seemed a little harried, and waiting room full of people. Have gone in for three appointments now. They would only give my daughter an RX for one week, to get records from previous dr. Called a week later to get renewal and they had not requested records yet! Had to go IN to office to pick up Rx. Other daughter went to her appt, and the caregiver told her she only had 15 minutes per appt, or she would have to re-schedule. So she couldn't ask all her questions. They seem overwhelmed. I'm sure they are qualified, but they seem impersonal, and I have since found another family dr.

Excellent advice for my health. Prescribed vitamin treatment rather than jumping right into prescription drugs. Also very handy to have blood drawn for testing in same building.

They are great. We were with them for years and we moved away and then we moved back. I couldn't believe that they were in the same location with the same doctors. They are so good. They really listen and they take with me. I never feel rushed there. They take as much time as they need with me. The staff is great. The wait time depends. Sometimes one would actually have to wait a little bit, but it's never unreasonable. When one knows that they are going to get all the time that they need once they are in, it's never an unreasonable wait at all. The most that I've waited is 15 minutes which really is nothing. It's really good for a doctor's office. I have no complications and I would recommend them highly to anyone. We plan on using them and they are again going to be our family physicians.
